This is my 31st year in the Fulton County Schools. In addition to Shakerag, I teach orchestra classes at Lake Windward ES and serve as the Department Chair for Orchestras as an administrator for the North County. I am also the Fulton County Elementary Youth Orchestra director! Awards include "Teacher of the Year" while at Sandy Springs M.S. and the American String Teacher Association "Teacher of the Year" for 2002. I conduct and do workshops nationally in addition to my duties for Fulton County. My major instrument is viola and I received my teaching degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana.
